1. How do I make a booking online?
You can easily book your flight through our website at www.binaniair.com.
Simply click on the "Book Your Flight" tab on the homepage, select your departure and destination cities, travel date, and preferred flight time. Follow the on-screen steps to enter your passenger details and make payment using your preferred option (card, bank transfer, or wallet).
2. Can I pay for a ticket at one Binani Air location and have it picked up elsewhere?
Yes. You can book and pay for a ticket at any Binani Air ticketing office or through an authorized travel agent, then send the booking reference (PNR) to another person.
The traveler can pick up the ticket or check-in at another Binani Air station by presenting a valid photo identification (ID) matching the name on the ticket.
3. Can I change the name on an existing booking?
Unfortunately, name changes are not permitted once a booking has been confirmed.
For security and regulatory reasons, all tickets are non-transferable. However, minor spelling corrections (up to 3 characters) may be allowed upon request and subject to verification and applicable charges.
4. Can I change or cancel my booking after payment?
Yes, changes and cancellations may be allowed depending on the fare type purchased.
Some fares are non-refundable but may permit date or time changes for a fee. To request a change or cancellation, visit our Manage Booking section online or contact our Customer Care team.
5. How do I request a refund?
Refunds can be requested through the Refund Request Form available on our website or at any Binani Air ticketing office.
Refunds are processed in line with our Fare Rules and may be subject to service charges depending on the ticket class and reason for refund (voluntary or involuntary).
6. What payment options are available?
Binani Air accepts a variety of secure payment options, including:
- Debit/Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Verve)
- Bank transfer (supported by select banks)
- POS payments at our ticketing offices
- Online payment gateways integrated into our booking portal
7. How early should I arrive at the airport?
Passengers are advised to arrive at least:
- 2 hours before departure for domestic flights
- 3 hours before departure for regional or chartered operations
Check-in counters close 45 minutes before scheduled departure, and boarding gates close 15 minutes before departure.
8. What is Binani Air's baggage allowance?
Baggage allowance varies based on fare type and route:
- Economy Class: 15 kg checked baggage + 7 kg hand luggage
- Business Class: 20 kg checked baggage + 10 kg hand luggage
Excess baggage may attract additional fees as per our Baggage Policy.
9. What should I do if my baggage is delayed or missing?
Please report immediately to the Binani Air Baggage Desk before leaving the airport.
Our team will provide you with a Property Irregularity Report (PIR) and track your baggage until it is delivered. Compensation and claims are handled in accordance with Article 14 (Liability for Damage) of our Conditions of Carriage.
10. Does Binani Air offer charter services?
Yes. Binani Air provides corporate, private, and group charter services to destinations within and outside Nigeria.

11. Can travel agents partner with Binani Air?
Absolutely. We welcome travel agencies to join our Binani Air Partner Network (BAPN).

13. Is my personal data safe with Binani Air?
Yes. Binani Air is fully compliant with the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) and other applicable data laws.
We do not share or sell your personal information and only use your data to enhance your travel experience. Please review our Privacy Policy for more details.
14. What if my flight is delayed or cancelled?
In case of delays or cancellations, we will notify affected passengers via SMS and email.
You may choose to rebook, receive a travel credit, or request a refund in accordance with our Flight Disruption Policy.
15. Does Binani Air have a loyalty or rewards program?
Binani Air is currently developing a frequent flyer program that will reward passengers with points for every flight taken.
